A lot has been going on behind the scenes at Intellident and ProScan in recent weeks and months. We have put our entire internal organisation under the microscope to examine how we can bring our denticians even closer to our customers. What does this mean in practice for you and your peers?

More permanency…

Until fairly recently, our administrative staff managed incoming calls from customers all day long. Other tasks such as order processing were handled in between.

Today, our lines are open continuously from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During these hours, our colleagues on the other end of the line will give you their undivided attention. Ask them for information, tell us about your cases and if necessary, one of our denticians will call you back as soon as possible.

With the arrival of Intellident, we focus resolutely on digital dentistry. The same goes for our customer communications.

Log in to MyIntellident, our digital platform where you can follow up your orders and the workflow of each project. Would you like to discuss a predesign in more detail? Let us know through the tool and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Of course, you can always contact us via e-mail for any questions about warranty and database updates or to send us visual material.

Last but not least, we have definitively taken the digital path. We are currently working on invoice digitisation and the launch of Proscan’s renewed webshop is approaching fast. Intellident’s extensive product knowledge and database will make this webshop even more relevant and user-friendly for you as a dental professional.
